Discovery Health - Vitality Rewards ****

What a **** this is. I bought my baby car seat thinking I’m getting 30% back base on the discount shown on my profile. Only to be told that I will not get it back because my points for this year are not enough to g re the money back. This is very misleading coz nowhere else does it say this, they then sent me some document afterwards which I still do not understand. I feel ****med coz I could have used the car seat discount if 35% if Discovery had not decided to hide this info unless there are other t&c there as well. Really, can you just be straightforward, you want to claim that you give me discounts yet you have all these hidden calculations. Ridiculous indeed
