Discovery Health - Vitality Cash backs, is it a **** or just poor service…?

Vitality cash backs, been dealing with these people for over 2 months trying to resolve cash back issues with no resolution to date. Really poor service and communication from everyone and highly disappointed!!! With reference to Thato Mogoba and K****tso Mabotja.
