Discovery Health - Visit to the GP

Good day.

I pay my premium each month without claiming. I got sick on Friday and decided to visit the doctor. Before this consultation my son phoned discovery to make sure that my doctor is still on the network. He was on the network but since changing from Keycare Access to KeyCare Plus they havent made the amendment last year to put my doctor fritz as secondary doctor and dr cassim as primary doctor. Now they are claiming a out of network visit which i refuse because i did change this in swift time and discovery administration neglect to do it so.
