DIscovery Health unfairly dismisses claims

We have joined the Medical Aid in March and have exclusions on certain previous diagnosed categories. My husband goes for his first annual check-up on the 13th of this month and the whole claim gets discarded as the doctor used a ICD code for new patient and that is not allowed. She also took his Blood pressure which is standard in all consultations and now this claim does not get paid. I cannot see why Discovery cannot pay for the consultation and not pay for all related items further down the line. He did not go to the doctor for Blood pressure but for depression and Insomnia.
