Discovery Health, Unfair on elderly with false promises.

I previously posted a complaint regarding Discovery health pushing their premium to the max on my mother's (pensioner & Widow) medical premium, that was early February. A consultant contacted her and promised to send her documents, till date no documents sent, Nor has anybody followed up with her. Tomorrow Discovery will take more than 80% of her funds again, and nobody will care or bother to fix this matter.

Good day.

please may i suggest someone please contact me, *** or ***. The consultants that contact her just send her emails and documents that need passwords to be opened and she cannot do that. If she asks for explanations or help, they get irritable and arrogant. I am aware documents can be found on the website but which or what documents are needed.
First it was affidavits and income statements, now there is a different requirement.

Please, for the 3rd time, I would like this issue resolved, i will assist her in completing whatever is required if someone can just let me know.
