DISCOVERY HEALTH UNALBE TO FIX THEIR OWN ERROR

Due to an amount claimed again (as advised by the consultant) Discovery Health's system erred and the result showed that I owe R3 208.90. In fact, this is incorrect and Discovery Health owes me a refund against my claim dating back to 16 April 2023. Since then I have spoken to Sherise (RF ***), Norma ***), Lerisha and Balu Mkize. All of them promised to call me back to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
