Discovery Health - Unable to contact a person!

Need to call in and follow procedures for a possible covid test, discovery app doesn't work, phone lines don't work, watsapp messengers is linked to a stupid bot that cannot answer anything, is this what we paying for?? Services that don't work and cover that hardly covers any Dr's rates anymore??? Highly upsetting and unacceptable considering we in the midst of a pandemic, seems its only about money...
