Discovery health ****ty service

If there was a zero star I would use that. It seems that the only time that discovery will response is when U post a review here. This is the 4th attempt to get my money back. 26th of Feb 2024 spoke to Sune from discovery and got an email to say that claims will get back to me within 2/3 days. It's almost a week now and still no feedback. What is wrong with discovery??????????? I dnt want an email response, I want to speak to a human being!!!!!!
