Discovery health turned me away after a horrible fall on my head

I went to a discovery Network gp after a terrible fall on my head, because I wasn't feeling well he wrote me a letter for admission at Life the Glynnwood hospital in Benoni for further investigation. Unfortunately it was after business hrs I was told I had to go through casualty which I had to pay myself. I explained very well that I don't have cash at all, they called the dr I asked to be reffered to Dr K Naidoo as he's been my physician for many yrs now. He said I have to go through casualty cos its late and he's not there or rather come back today(11/10/23) and speak to a discovery health reception/ admission agent for an auth. I went in the morning around 9:00 but there was no person like that there and was again told to go through casualty cos the GP letter wasn't enough for admission .Got there they told me I had to pay the casualty Dr which is +R1000 and hospital which is also +-R1500. The casualty dr ordered ct scan for the head and xray for the neck which I'll owe as well cos it was in casualty . The dr made me sign refusal treatment for ct scan on my neck just because I couldn't afford it. so basically I'm sitting with a debt of about R5000 which I have to pay in 6months meaning my kids won't have food for that 6months. My plan doesn't cover casualty only covers hospitalization( I know that) but for what ever reason I was forced to go there. The dr there said I didn't need admission even though I was clearly very sick and weak. I'm typing this in my bed with a painful head where the impact was, blurred vision, when I speak my ears feel like someone screaming very close, sensitive to light, dizzy, drowsy , terrible headache since the injury and I sleep very easy( I'm normally not an easy sleeper) She didn't see the need for admission based on the scan even though I was clearly unwell in her eyes if she cared enough to see that. Why am I paying discovery health if they're not prepared to make sure I'm well after such a injury? How sure are they that this is not a missed diagnosis? If I die from this will they take care of my 3 girls? I need answers from discovery health
