Discovery Health to be trusted - a possible signal of financial difficulties

Notice to the general public and more importantly to those who are clients of DISCOVERY HEALTH and prospective clients. I would like to advise the general public that Discovery health MUST not be trusted on services and products that they offer. I had an accident in London where my daughter got hospitalised and I tendered my wife a claim early December 2017 and it has been three months without paying for the medical fees as expected. Every time, she contacts the consultants he/she give excuse of having the backlog and they are very inconsistent in their information and it seems Discovery Health does not have competent consultants, and/or they do not provide required training to their consultants to equip them with product and services knowledge that they offer. Discovery Health does not have systems to enable them update clients on developments of claim and to be precise they do not value the clients. Also, this might be an indication that Discovery health is currently experiencing financial difficulties and there is a possibility that they are using such some ********* and blinded alibis to buy time, while looking for money to fulfil their financial commitments. Help a friend or relative by sharing this information on Facebook and all social media channels to alert the public so that people do not get negatively affected by Trusting Discovery Health, when there are a numerous good insurance companies like Old mutual and many others.
