I am utterly disgusted with Discovery Health and their handling of my mother's spinal stenosis. After a terrifying diagnosis at Arwyp Hospital, we received a glimmer of hope when they acknowledged her condition and promised to cover physiotherapy. Fast forward to today, my mother has completed three sessions, and the practice hasn't seen a cent! This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for my mother's health and well-being. But the incompetence doesn't stop there. Her doctor prescribed crucial medication for her condition, and Discovery Health has flat-out refused to cover it. Apparently, they've decided they're better qualified than medical professionals to determine appropriate treatment. This isn't healthcare; it's a bureaucratic nightmare run by people who clearly prioritize their bottom line over their members' lives. We pay exorbitant premiums for coverage that is proving to be completely worthless when we need it most. Avoid Discovery Health at all costs if you value your health and peace of mind.
