Discovery Health *******

I had medical aid taken under my company. Before leaving I gave 2 months notice , in this stage this is when the company should have given Discovery Health notice. . Months later I receive a bill of 2000 which is said that I didn’t give enough notice. And now my bill has been handed over to the credit bureau how is someone handed over without even a simple call to explain. I don't understand where this outstanding amount comes from. Ridiculous service
