Discovery Health theft

For the second time this year Discovery Health has deducted a higher amount than my monthly premium. In June 2025 I was debited R780 more than my premium and Discovery Health said they were trying to retrieve a Vitality debit order from November and December 2022! I cancelled Vitality in October 2022. Three years later somebody reinstated Vitality without authorisation. Money refunded. Three months later and my debit order went off with an additional and unexplained R1 915!!!! Once again Discovery Health do not have an explanation for the sudden increase. What's worse is the debit order reflects as normal on their side but my bank statements say otherwise. So now I wait and have to fall in line with their turnaround times while I am inconvenienced and out of pocket of almost R2 000.
