Discovery health the biggest thefts in the industry
Beware guys discovery will find every reason not to pay claims and everything comes out of saving. They rejected a claim saying the practice number was missing on the invoices. Now is that even a reason especially if the practice number appears on the invoice.
Discovery has been the worst medical aid I've ever had. Unfortunately corporates are fooled by their technology which they use to ***** our information.
Im so over this company, cant wait to change jobs so i don't have to throw my money into a bottomless pit which enriches discovery. Vitality is also a ****. Thank heavens i managed to cancel that after four attempts.

I hardly ever use my medical aid and when i do discovery comes up with every reason not to pay. Since I've joined discovery url pay everything out of savings and then allege that i get vitality points which i already paid for. How in the world does payment of covid tests impact your company if it is paid from the w. H. O fund.
