discovery health take all claims out of med savings instead of oncology benefit- always poor service

we are on EXEC plan , cant get Oncology dept to fix claims that have been taken from our medical savings account (one of the claims captured says my daughters name?!!! instead of my wifes name ?) is this the level of service? poor show!!!!!!

all my emails CLEARLY SHOW ONCOLOGY - and oncology codes!!!!!

really disappointed - no one calls me back ..no one can fix? help
