Discovery Health sucks, Vitality is the only reason to keep them around

Discovery Health is only there to make money, they don't care about their clients at all.

My Depression Risk Management Program was cancelled without my request.

I was never sent any notification that it had been cancelled.

The program reflected as active in the Discovery app.

I went to see a dietician, which is one of the benefits included in the program.

Now Discovery is refusing to pay.

I've been trying to get this sorted since February and they basically just ignore me, I have to wait weeks for a response to my queries.
