DISCOVERY HEALTH SUCKS SERVICE RELATED!!!

Discovery Health Service centre sucks big time. I get that I am a third part calling for information to help out our client. - So I call discovery who in turn contacts the client and gets permission to give me information (ref Useless!!***), which I get, but I get given the incorrect details over the phone. I contact the practice, yet again on behalf of our client - they send me the statement I requested. At this time I am checking the totals on the doctors statement to that which was confirmed over the phone.... WAY OFFLINE...... Check the statement discovery sent - figured out what the problem was - tried calling them back agn.... WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME..... Spoke to an Agent... insisted to speak to a TEAM LEADER!!!! SE VOET MAN!!!!! My 3 year old grandchild has more between the ear than this SIMPLETON MEGAN - WHO AGAIN KEEPS ME ON THE LINE FOR 20 MINUTES AND THE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT THE CLIENT MUST CALL.... WELLL Dis MOS NIE HAARD WERK NIE!!!!
