Discovery Health sucks!

Shocking service. Firstly, the call centre has you holding on for years. I have requested Discovery to remove a block on my chronic meds umpteen times but every month it's the same story. They block it and we have to sit on the phone. For years. We hate them. We are trying to change medical aids just because of this!! No. ***. It's not worth the stress. Any recommendations of who to move to? Bonitas?
