Discovery Health sucks

Absolutely useless company to deal with. The online system is never updated properly. I left hospital 1 month ago and im still getting bills which dont reflect on their portal. I almost got stuck with a bill for R15,000 for something which was a discovery code error and discovery refused to pay. Took me almosta month to fight for them to pay. They are known to give generic repsonses without making any progress like the one below:
