Discovery Health stuck in old ways

I told my HR that I wish to add my child on my medical aid, I was sent a long form to sign and complete. I did so online as the form was digital but they got back to me saying Discovery does not accept digital signatures so I must print and scan! Some of us work from home, I do not have printing facilities and going to the internet cafe to print and scan so many pages will be costly. It is quite bemusing that in 2026 you insist on us printing documents and manual signatures??? Hello??? It is not 1992!!!! This riles me so much I might check with other medical aid options who wont request papers from me. This is shambolic for a company like Discovery. Whatever happened to going digital and paperless???? This is backward.
