Discovery health still waiting for assistance

We have spent most of today trying to get to speak to a consultant about our medical aid. We were promised that someone would call back and this did not happen. Then called back went through all the steps only to wait for a consultant we are currently now waiting 19 minutes for a response. Totally unacceptable 😡
