Discovery Health *****sters - double payments monthly

Absolutely disgusting services for 5 months now unable to resolve their manual payment process. For 3yrs my employer has been processing international eft for my medical aid contribution and payment. There was NO issue. All of a sudden since Jan 2025 Discovery has been receiving payment from my employer and debiting my personal account thus resulting in duplicate payments every month. I have disputed this every month to no resolution no assistance no consideration of bank charges and the inconvenience of having to contact them every single month. I am done so done with this bull****. Discovery is quick to suspend your medical aid because of their disruptive and non complaint payment processes but take 21days to refund duplicate payments so you sit without money for a month. All because of their failures.
