DISCOVERY health - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Absolute horrible service, so I get my debit order notification only to see that my medical aid went up by R2,300.00 which is a 33% increase, when I called Discovery they said they sent me income verification forms which I need to complete only to find out that the forms were sent to a mail address which no longer exists, the lady I spoke to had no interest in assisting me until all forms were completed, until now nothing has been done, I had to reverse my debit order because of the huge increase and since then not one person has called me to try fix anything, this is what you get for being a loyal client for 7 years with not one payment missed and hardly any claims.

What does my income have to do with Discovery, what I pay on my bond and what assets I have, this is the worst and most shocking service and would never refer anyone to Discovery.
