Discovery Health so BIG that they just don't care

<p>My Vitality Membership was suspended because I did not attend the gym enough times. I have burnout, we moved and we have had a death in the family. A consultant called me over a week ago to tell me that I will be sent an email with details on reinstatement. I am still waiting. If you call, you get placed on hold, transferred from one person to the next. Being part of Vitality is like being at school and having to provide a doctors note every time you are sick. Being a member of Virgin Active Broadacres in itself is painful - no communication, always isssues in the gym with building, the aircon being too cold, no water, etc. Discovery Health as a medical scheme is so expensive and has become so big that it is all about making money and there is no thought or care for its members. At least with smaller medical aids they still care.</p>
