Discovery Health (Silvercloud "trap")

I've always had mostly good things to say about Discovery Health, but a recent experience leaved a sour taste in my mouth and just want to warn everyone. So in 2024 I signed up for the program "Silver Cloud". This was in the first half of 2024 and was supposed to come from my PMB benefit.

I didn't really use it, but that was my fault - However, only at the end of the year, it was processed and at that point I didn't have PMB sessions left.

I queried this, in January 2025 but didn't hear anything back, so assumed it was resolved.

10 months later - It all of a sudden was processed from my MSA - R1850 that was left that I had planned for just gone.

I did complain and they just basically said, no, they going to stick with that decision - I feel like that is BS.
