Discovery Health short pay without reason

I reckon it fair to view Discovery Health as pathetic in customer service dept when a person has in excess of R17K in savings yet they short pay doctors bills. When you query the short payment they will not attend to your query on email. You suddenly have to submit the query online - as if everyone has time to search through their site to find where to do this.

Get off your lazy backsides and handle the email queries!!!! You get paid to WORK, not conveniently let the client do all the admin online. Not everybody has the luxury of time on their hands during office hours.
