Discovery Health Shocking Service

I give one star because there is no option for no stars.

The service at Discovery is by far the worst service when compared with ANY other insurer in the country; life, health, invest, insure... all of them, but Discovery Health is by far the worst of the lot.

Covid or no Covid, their service has been atrocious for a long time and remains sub-standard with no signs of improvement.

They spend all the time and money in the world developing new products but do nothing about their service levels.

Untrained staff who know absolutely nothing and consistently give out incorrect information. This is of course when you're able to get through to them.

Some of their products may be good, but if its quality service you're looking for, its best to look elsewhere.
