Discovery Health shocking member treatment and no communication

Have a serious motor accident in March 19 car written off. Family lands up at Mediclinic trauma. Discovery initially wont pay from hospital benefit, med savings wiped out from bills. Im then told I can get a motivational letter from doctor which I send and they might pay from hospital benefit. After months of back and forward with little to zero contact or service from managers etc I'm now told to get treating doctors to complete forms which I was previously told by a manager is not necessary but the cost to fill in the forms is R1200 which Discovery wont pay and they now do not respond to me at all. Been with them for over 20 years. Absolute bullies and the service level is beyond disgusting. Fast becoming one of SA's most hated companies.
