Discovery Health Service Poor Service

I have been trying to update my contact details on the Discovery Health site. 2 months ago I changed my cellphone - I requested my FSP change the number on the Life cover with Discovery, and at that stage I had signed over Attorney of Power to him to handle my Medical Cover as well. To this date has the issue not been resolved. A simple thing like updating contact numbers has turned into a huge problem and it seems as if nobody there is able to get this right....
