Discovery Vitality ****** me... My heart is very sore with my experience with Discovery medical aid. even decided to cancel it after recovering that i have been assigned and paying for Vitality which i don't remember taking for years. how can pay for something that I'm not even using??? was i giving them my R350 just for free for them to enjoy??? when i call them this transferring me from department to department and dropped my call after 1hour 15 minutes without helping me their story doesnt add up, they working on speculations.. 3 Agents told me 4 different reasons for this... im very disappointed.... this is my second review and no one is saying anything... you are really ****ming me of my money
