DISCOVERY HEALTH *******!!!!!!!

I Ended up here with GREAT disgust and frustration with Discovery Health. I had a Medical with you people where I paid R2200 per month with an Annual savings of r2800 a month which needed to cover everything I need except hospitalization. Now I chose this plan based on affordability. but this was a bad idea. It is a complete *******. I had 2 doctors visits and got a set of glasses and this savings was depleted. I then chose to cancel this medical aid after a few months coz it doesnt suit my needs. I changed my cell number around that time and discovery chose to claw back me for 2000 ZAR. they never contacted me about this, eventually got a Letter about this in the mail. I then on the 31st of JAN paid this amount of R2009.00 as stated on the letter received. NOW i receive a Letter from a law Firm Dated 06 FEB 2020 stating that my account was handed over and I need to pay 2300 ZAR to them. I sent them a email saying I received a letter from discovery and made payment of R2009 as required by discovery, asking why I am getting this Letter. THIS law firm said my account was handed over in december to them and I need to pay the difference. I REFUSE to ENTERTAIN THIS ROBERY. YOU FIX THIS NOW AND REMOVE THE DEFAULT YOU PUT ON MY NAME OR I WILL SUE YOU FOR DAMAGES. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CHARGES BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLEGENCE. I SENT 2 EMAILS AS REQUESTED IN THE LETTER FROM DISCOVER TO SEND THE PROOF OF PAYMENT. FIX THIS NOW OR I WILL CANCEL MY LIFE INSURANCE AND VITALITY PRODUCTS WITH YOU. THIS IS UTTER BULL **** THAT YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS THIS WAY.
