Discovery Health Ripoff artists

Due to this Pandemic loads of people have lost their income and i unfortunately happen to be one of them. Last month i informed Discovery of my situation thus cancelling my Hospital plan which in itself was a ripoff at R3000. Well they ignored my mail and tried to debit my account but the debit did not go through. Lo and behold today they again tried to double debit my account and guess what. The same thing will happen but im the idiot paying for the returned debit. Folks the heirarchy at Discovery only see you as a number that they can ******* continually. Sick and tired of *********** people who ignore my mail and just dont care. As if things arent stressful enough without them adding to it.
