Disgusted with discovery medical aid , went to doc to be treated for the common flu, claim went through and discovery does not want to honour claim, saying I have a waiting period, the only waiting period I had was for BP , heart burn and hernia, now when I called customer service, waiting period for allergens, when I am not allergic to anything, medical aid was taken last year , even their waiting periods like all pvt medical aids is pathetic 1 year, Discovery is a ******* as I pay a lot of money out of my pocket, I was treated for flu, Discovery health, pay the claim... Feeling disgusted and frustrated, having a medical aid now days is a rip of , of our monies, Discovery you need to improve your services....
