Discovery Health refusing to pay for my Hospital stay saying the request is not clinically appropriate

Discovery Health not paying my Hospital stay saying I must pay from my own pocket since the request is not clinically Appropriate. What is the use of me having a medical aid if they will keep on saying stories when the have to pay the bills. They are good in deducting monthly fees but cannot pay for their clients bills I am not happy at all and I can never refer anyone to discovery they are not reliable their reason does not make any sense at all they paid bills and reversed it later. I called and ask to speak to Sanele since he called me yesterday they could not allow me to speak to him what a poor service I received Keycare plus only think of themselves not the Health of their members I am so disappointed in them
