Discovery health refusing claims and unable to add members

I am extremely annoyed with discovery health. I have tried to add my newborn onto my medical aid 3 times, through the website twice and with an application form. It shows that I've put him on the system but he's not registering on my medical aid. I've called the centre twice with no success. They are also refusing claims based on practice number and date which were both correct. I am ready to move to another medical aid.
