Discovery Health refuse to pay for ER

If you belong to Discovery Health and fall and brake your arm, do not go to the emergency room! Suck it up and try to fix it yourself. Because Discovery will not pay for Emergency assistance for a broken limb. Keep in mind that this is not a Hospital plan but a full on medical aid that I have with them.

I fell and broke my wrist.Went to the emergency room where they informed me I had a Distal radius fracture. They then had to give me some sort of anesthesia to pull my hand back in place and put my arm in a cast. I was also informed that I will need surgery. As this happened in Nelspruit and I live in Pretoria ER advised me to get back to Pretoria and rather have the operation there. Discovery refuses to pay for this ER visit.

Why the hell do I have a medical aid? I will be sure to spread this terrible service of Discovery to the 1000's on my mailing list and discourage anyone to join these clowns. In the mean time I will be looking for a Medical Aid that do pay for ER visits.
