Discovery health refuse to assist!!!!!!

I fell this morning 29 july 2019 at 10:00 and ended up dislocating my entire left knee. I went to my dr. He assisted but referred me to park land hospital sprinfs for surgery first thing as there is damage. I went to park land. I am on discovery key care plus...so network hospital..no problem. The membership is processed through the husbands company so. Discovery made the company he works for sumit the application forms 27 times before senior escalation was needed in order for discovery to finalise the membership. It delayed the inception date with months...due to discovery own negligence...i arrived at park land hospital.. cannot walk...the left knee swollen three times the size it should be...park land hospital staff witness to this...because discovery was so careless...the waiting period lapses on the 1st of august...two days from today....park land cannot assist. Phone discovery...there is no one to help with my emergency at discovery. I call the number on my card that says...for emergency.... to try and find some one that can help. Because of the level of pain this sort of i jury comes with...i am struggling. The lady answers the phone and politely tells me...this is for emergency services only and i need to phone discovery health. She transferes me through...discovery health tells me there is no one that can assist i must wait the two days or go to state hospital..... and this is the best medical aid in the country???? They caused the delay....they put a waiting period on the medical aid.. they refuse to help with a remaining two days left on the waiting period to assist in this real emergency...so now...at this moment... its 20:40....i fell at 10:00. Discovery does not care about its people and they certainly do not care about health...where in ur life does the consultants that are suppose to be able to assist in EMERGENCIES...tell u...go to state or come back in 2 days then the system will give auth.... i would have understood if it was a trivial reason for going to hosp or maybe if the waiting period was a week or a month...but due to discovery the inception date was delayed...and because discovery dont have supervisors or managers that cannot assist after 5pm in the afternoon with emergencies...i have to wait 2 days or go to state hosp. Great service discovery. What a way to show how much u actualy do care.
