Discovery Health Refusal to payout in Hospital Claim Bad Customer Service

In the case concerning a Doctor, the 2 referencing case numbers given below, Discovery refused to pay out a hospital claim just because of a code issue. I had to do the follow-ups, and neither the doctor nor Discovery tried to follow up or help with the claim.
