Discovery Health Principal officer position either vacant or the person just choose to ignore complaints..

With reference to my review and complaint on 30 November regarding issue with Discovery Health and the lack of response from the principal officer. Once again no response from the Principal officer only e-mail from a BYRON LYNCH, Discovery Health, Namens Discovery Health Medical Scheme, stating that my claims history is attached. The rejection of some claims are the issue and nothing gets done about it. I would suggest that the Principal officer reads my numerous e-mails and respond in writing. If claims are denied and not paid I will have to approach the Counsil for medical schemes again.
