Discovery Health Principal officer position either vacant or the person just choose to ignore complaints..

Over the past year I had endless problems with Discovery Chronic medication cover for chronic conditions. I get no response at all from the principal officer.at Discovery. Had to approach the council for medical aids to get an issue resolved. No once again first trying to report my claim to the principal officer but no response. I get auto reply that my message was delivered but no response
