Discovery Health Premium increase terrible

Discovery increased both my parents medical aid and my wife and kids by more than double the original amount with no warning to us. Only a whatsapp message on the 30th december and the 2nd january double the premiums went off with the contribution increase. My parents increased by R4400 that is more than what they were paying originally they are on SASSA pension and cannot pay that as I am giving them the money to pay. My wife and kids increased also by a hige amount without warning or any contact this is breach of contract from discovery. Unable to reach Key care department by phone. Spen about 5 hours hanging on from thursday to today and not able to speak with a consultant
