discovery health poor service

My uncle has been admitted for over a week at Netcare hospital Pretoria east.

They have been waiting for authorization from discovery health to run some test and he is mot well.during that time he medical aid is being used up and soon to be exhausted because Discovery doesn’t take human life serious.

An approval shouldn’t take more than a day but woth discovery it is taking over a week
