Discovery Health Poor Service and Insults it's clients
Discovery Medical Aid does not deserve a rating. They are absolutely ******** in their behavior. My Wife needs Surgery and they have decided to not only deny the surgery, but they have kicked her off the medical aid. They have the Mistaken belief I am going to stay with them after their deplorable behavior.
We have followed Discovery Health's requirement to the letter and yet this decision was made. it was also done in a way we were insulted and made to feel as if we committed a ******** act. All we were trying to do is get my wife the care she needs so she can live the Life Discovery is advertising. They are refusing to get her there.

25 Jan 2024, 14:03I have not received any response from anyone at Discovery accept to say I owe money, which I feel I don't.
My Wife and I should have had the opportunity to present our case. We are both Honest and ethical people and we had absolutely no recourse, due to a mistake from a Dr.
Discovery Medical Aid should have afforded us the opportunity to show we are not at fault. We were denied this.
Since this complaint was lodged, we have been ********** chronically by Dr's and Hospitals with several misdiagnoses. The ability for recourse is severely limited and there is no trust.
