Discovery Health POOR service

Discovery Health's service is mostly pathetic. Like all the other 1 star reviews, we'd all actually like to give them 0. My fiance and I are both unemployed (without a fixed salary currently) and have been trying hard to secure a lower monthly premium from them. We've actually been trying since November 2023. It's now 18 April 2024. We've filled in all the forms and gone to the police station multiple times for affidavids. Then we send in the correct forms and then weeks later we finally get an email reply stating we have not sent Discovery all or the correct info. Then we have to redo the entire process. As mentioned, this has been going on for close to six months. As we are without fulltime work - just s****s and titbits here and there - this is extremely tough, paying R5000/month, when you don't receive a salary, is insane. Now Discovery Health cut our medical aid as we couldn't make the last payment as we don't have any more money. No phone call(s) to ask about why we can't pay or anything. They just cut the aid ... and the rest is (y)our problem. They definiately do not care about their paying longtime clients.
