Discovery health pointless

So were to start oh ya we pay and pay and then when you need them they dont pay ... I am so disappointed in discovery ... my wife had just had our baby and then had complications with a ulcer that burst she was in hospital and according the the plan we on they cover everything, well that's a lie... we are now getting accounts of stuff they not paying and disputing ... and also the hospital sent them the wrong codes now we being punished for it ... I am so tired of fighting with them and have decided to find a new provider ... I mean should we rather just let our loved ones die cause you have to go check with every doctor or thing in the hospital if its covered before you can save them ... and there excuse to everything is you are the member you should know ... go fly a kite thanks I'll find someone who will help us and give my family better service ...
