Discovery Health please listen

Discovery Health, why can't you hear what I am saying? I was given incorrect information by Denver and decided to change plans now I am suffering the pain of that incorrect decision. Had I known about the hidden 'exclusions' reduced cancer cover and no back and neck care, I would have never moved. On speaking to Denver and Oncology I was told that my cover would not be affected. Now I am in daily, worsening pain at the mercy of Discovery. Please show some compassion and allow me my surgery. 8 months is too long to wait.
