Discovery health please help

Good day

My mother was admitted at welmed park for hemorrhoids after the operation she tried to talk to the doctor to understand what was made to her and understand the procedure because she was still having the same issue even now when she tries to talk to the doctor the doctor says he has discharged her.

The doctor has claimed a lot of money from the medical aid and has exhausted my mothers medical savings but she’s still have the same problem.
