Discovery Health = Pathetic service - No service

I have had problems with contacting Discovery Health : The phones ring and cut off, The phones dont ring at all. I get transferred to various different depts and get cut off. Emails : I get a reference number and nothing happens after that. The Bot, watsapp and Ask Discovery has only automated responses and does not help. I have had incorrect chronic medicines delivered to me for the past 3 months. I am diabetic, BP and Cholesterol. I am dependent on insulin and had to purchase several times on cash. Seriously considering changing from Discovery Health.
