Discovery Health pathetic service

On 1 May my daughter was rushed to casualty and treated. Discovery rejected the claims submitted by the hospital. I escalated the matter and they asked me to go back to the hospital and request documents. The doctors gave me only 2 of the required documents and refused to give me 3rd documents as they argued that its a confidential document between the doctor and the patient. Discovery volunteered to request the info themselves. It's the 9th September 2024, 5 months later and the matter is still not resolved. This is creating a bad name for me with the creditors. Discovery needs to do better. This is appauling service from them.
