Discovery health pathetic service

Disgusted with how discory health treats their clients!!! Been waiting since 17th June today is the 9th of July and no one has gotten back to me about my upgrade requested. Everytime i call in i wait plus minus 40 minutes and still dont get any answers!!! Wonder if im actually admitted will they even pay!!!! Anyone looking for medical aid rather spare urself the frustration and go with a legit company!!!
